Supply Chain Coordinator

Our fulfilment centre in Rotterdam ships to six countries, three of them outside the EU customs union. The work is part forecasting, part paperwork, and entirely about not letting a customer feel any of it.
What you would do
- Plan inbound shipments from the manufacturer and manage safety stock by SKU.
- Own customs documentation for Norway, Switzerland and New Zealand, delivered duty paid.
- Manage carrier relationships and hold them to the transit times we publish.
- Run the returns and refurbishment flow with the support team.
- Report on stock cover, transit performance and landed cost every month.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in e-commerce logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Practical knowledge of EU import and export documentation.
- Spreadsheet fluency and a habit of checking the number twice.
- English; Dutch is useful for the warehouse floor.
Nice to have, genuinely optional
- Experience with a 3PL migration.
- Knowledge of NZ customs specifically.
