By placing an order or using this website you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering; you are asked to confirm acceptance at checkout, and we keep a record of the version in force when your order was placed.

We may change these terms — for example when the law changes, or when we add a shipping destination. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and it does not change afterwards.

1. 1Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a contract. The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt.
2. 2The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation for the items in that email — not before.
3. 3We may decline an order, in whole or in part, if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot verify payment, or we cannot ship to your address.
4. 4If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full and within five business days.

Products are described as accurately as we can manage. Renders and photographs are illustrative; the specification table on each product page is the definitive description.

• Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the VAT or sales tax applicable to your destination.
• Standard shipping is free to every destination we serve. Express shipping, where chosen, is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
• Orders to destinations outside the EU customs union are shipped delivered duty paid — import charges are settled by us, and you are not asked for anything on delivery.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details at any point.

Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times published on the shipping page are estimates counted in business days from dispatch. We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address you gave us; risk passes to you on delivery.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we will replace it. That is our problem to solve with the carrier, not yours.

You may cancel any order for a full refund within thirty days of delivery, without giving a reason. Consumers in the EU and the EEA additionally hold a statutory fourteen day right of withdrawal, which this policy extends rather than replaces.

The refund policy sets out the process, the condition we expect goods to come back in, and when the money is returned. It forms part of these terms.

Every product carries a two year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal domestic use, described in full on the warranty page. It is given voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or use with a power supply other than the one supplied.

The product ships with an Android-based operating system. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that software on the device it was supplied with, for as long as you own the device. Open-source components remain under their own licences, and we will supply the corresponding source on request where those licences require it.

• You may install applications from Google Play, and you may sideload applications at your own risk.
• You may not use the product to infringe copyright, and we do not supply, endorse or support any service that does.
• Modifying the system image is permitted but ends warranty cover for faults arising from the modification.
• You may not remove or obscure any notice or identifier on the device or in the software.

Application names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used to indicate availability through Google Play. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or certification.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or terms of any third-party service you access through the product.

The OSM name, the logo, the product designs, the renders and the text on this site belong to OSM Technologies ApS or are used under licence. You may quote from the site with attribution; you may not reproduce it wholesale or use our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Affiliates and partners are granted the specific rights set out in the affiliate programme terms, which take precedence for them over this section.

We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms or by our negligence. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your own use of the product in a way we did not advise, or for business losses — this product is sold for domestic use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that may not be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by Danish law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — almost everything is resolved that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and consumers in Denmark may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution.
