The Documents, In Full
Four documents govern buying from and using this site. They are written to be read rather than to be survived, and the plain-language versions in the Help Center say the same things in fewer words.
- Terms of ServiceThe agreement between you and OSM when you buy from this site: how an order is formed, what we owe you, what you owe us, and where disputes are settled.Updated 27 September 2026
- Privacy PolicyWhat personal data OSM collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you hold over it.Updated 27 September 2026
- Refund PolicyThe contractual terms behind our thirty day guarantee: your statutory withdrawal right, what condition goods must return in, and how refunds are calculated and paid.Updated 27 September 2026
- Cookie PolicyThe cookies and similar technologies this site uses, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how to change your mind.Updated 27 September 2026

Something Here Unclear?
If a clause reads as though it is hiding something, tell us. We would rather rewrite the document than argue about it later.
