Where we ship today
Denmark, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland and New Zealand. Three of those are outside the EU customs union, which is a large part of why the list is short.
What a new country actually costs
- Compliance
- Local electrical safety and radio approvals, plus a compliant power adapter and plug type.
- Customs
- An import process that lets us ship delivered duty paid, so nobody is asked for money at the door.
- Returns
- A local address to return to. Shipping a faulty box across a continent is not a warranty policy.
- Support
- Cover during that country's working hours, in a language the customer chose.
- Stock
- Enough inventory in region that a two-day promise is a promise, not an average.
Any of those can be skipped to launch faster. All of them are visible to the customer within a month.
What comes next
Sweden and the Netherlands are furthest along, because both sit inside arrangements we already operate. Germany follows. We will announce each one in the newsletter when the returns address exists, not when the marketing page does.
